iSmartLock Diagnostic Access Control

This application is designed to help technicians, installers, or users quickly diagnose problems related to access control systems (badge readers, electric strikes, control panels). It offers an intuitive interface to identify faults and recommend corrective actions.

• Installation type selection : The user chooses between three equipment:

  • Badge reader

  • Electric lock (strike)

  • Control center

• Interactive Checklist : A series of technical checks are displayed based on the type selected. Each item can be checked once verified.

• Generation of recommended actions : Depending on the items checked, the application suggests concrete solutions (e.g.: “Replace the latch”, “Reprogram the badge”, “Check the polarity”).

• Responsive design : The interface is suitable for computers, tablets and smartphones, with a modern dark blue gradient style and interactive buttons.
